Hanuti always wishes to contribute ourselves to bringing positive values to the community and society. For us, the journey of happiness starts with local farmers in material areas, to the factory workers, and ends with the consumers.
At Hanuti, we aspire to achieve Sustainable Development Goals by the United Nations by applying the circular agriculture model to our material areas. With this approach, we wish to develop a business model that creates both profits and positive impact on the community and society.
Hanuti emphasizes the development of material areas in regions with large ethnic minority populations, signing material collection contracts with local farmers to assure stable incomes and help the local people in achieving sustainable economic growth. We support local farmers to shift to cultivating crops with high values, especially organic crops, which can be collected at a price 10-20% higher than market values and provide farmers with incomes 40-50% higher than market averages.
To develop material areas that meet international organic standards, Hanuti regularly organizes technical trainings before and after the cultivation process, combined with regular monitoring of material areas to provide timely support to local farmers. After training, they will begin to change their cultivation practices to using organic fertilizers, organic pesticides and composted manure.
Organic cultivation does not use chemicals, contributing to the protection of the soil, water and air. Additionally, crop switching and using native crops help preserve biodiversity.

Alongside sustainable livelihood and income creation for ethnic women in poverty in material areas, Hanuti employs women in rural and suburban areas who have limited job opportunities due to urbanization. 100% of Hanuti’s workers are women with a steady income of 6-8 million VND per month.
Circular agriculture emphasizes the balance between agricultural production and environmental protection, assuring the sustainability of both aspect in the future.
This is a closed-loop production process that applies technology and science advancements and biotechnology to reuse waste and byproducts as input materials in the production chain of agricultural products. This process creates safe and high-quality products, reduces environmental pollution, helps protect biodiversity and the health of the community.
We are tiny seeds carefully selected before being planted in high mountainous regions
Under the hands of Hanuti's farmers, Seeds grew up healthy without the need for any chemical pesticides
Seeds are also supplemented with nutrients through organic fertilizers, bathed in refreshing rainwater
Seeds grow naturally, far from pollution in soil, water, and air, ready for the harvest season
The stems, branches, and leaves of ours will also be fully utilized for the next growing seasons
Customers can directly use the Organic Nutrient Seeds or process them into various dishes
At the factory in Dong Anh, we will be carefully sorted, packaged meticulously before being delivered to the customers' hands
At this point, we will be packed into large sacks for transportation to Hanuti's production facility
Tiny Seeds have now become Organic Nutrient Seeds with abundant nutrients
Hanuti's farmers will compost these parts into organic fertilizers to nourish the plants and soil, continuing the cycle for the next germination phase
Those seeds will continue to grow into Nutrient Seeds like us. Nature returns to nature
